Turn iPhone photos (HEIC) into JPG, PNG or WebP. Pick several photos at once and download them all together. Everything happens in your browser — your photos are never uploaded.
HEIC Converter is a free online tool that turns iPhone photos (HEIC / HEIF) into JPG, PNG or WebP. Pick several photos at once, set the format and quality, and download them all in one go. The conversion runs in your browser; your photos are never uploaded.
JPG is enough for Instagram, email and most websites; quality around 90% shrinks the file without a visible loss. Avoid PNG unless you need lossless output, the file is several times larger. After converting you can cut the photo straight into an Instagram grid with Image Splitter.
What is HEIC and why convert it to JPG?
HEIC is the default photo format on iPhones. It makes smaller files than JPG, but Windows, many websites and some apps cannot open it or refuse to upload it. JPG, PNG and WebP open everywhere.
Are my photos uploaded anywhere?
No. The conversion runs entirely in your browser; your photos never leave your device and are never sent to a server.
How many photos can I convert at once?
As many as you like. They are converted one after another; on a computer you get one ZIP, on a phone one share sheet.
Should I pick JPG, PNG or WebP?
JPG is the most compatible for sharing and uploading, and the quality slider controls the size. PNG is lossless but the file is large. WebP is smaller than JPG at the same quality and works in modern browsers and apps.
Is location and camera data kept in the output?
No. GPS location and camera details are not carried into the output file, so the location is already stripped before you share the photo.
Can I convert files that are not HEIC?
Yes. JPG, PNG and WebP files are converted to the chosen format too.
